The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine” (re refining taxation of investment activity)

The law amends the Tax Code in order to secure enough freedom of the Parties to determine terms of production sharing agreements and eliminate controversies between provisions of the code.

The respective bill was registered under No. 4766.
